The Opportunity

As an Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:

Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence
  • Own quality standards across all paid social campaigns and media plans.
  • Review media plans, campaign structures, targeting strategies, budgets, pacing approaches, and optimization recommendations for accuracy and alignment with best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality audits across client teams to identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure campaigns meet internal operational standards before launch.
  • Partner with client teams to resolve escalated executional issues and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, QA checklists, and operational playbooks.

Serve as a subject matter expert across:
  • Meta

Responsibilities include:
  • Staying current on platform updates, product releases, and best practices.

  • Leading internal education on new platform functionality.

Media Planning Support
  • Review paid social media plans for strategic soundness and operational feasibility.
  • Validate audience strategy, objectives, budgeting, pacing, measurement, and platform recommendations.
  • Identify delivery risks and recommend improvements before plans are presented to clients.
  • Ensure media plans align with platform best practices while remaining operationally scalable.

Team Development
  • Coach Managers, Supervisors, and Associates on platform best practices and execution.
  • Deliver training sessions on campaign management, QA, media planning, and optimization.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and learning materials.
  • Provide actionable feedback that improves quality and consistency across teams.

Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop scalable processes that support a high-volume business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve campaign execution and reduce operational risk.
  • Pilot new workflows and operational improvements before broader rollout.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Analytics, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex operational questions.
  • Partner with platform representatives to understand product updates and advocate for agency needs.

Our Expectations of You
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of paid social planning across awareness, traffic, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and passion for quality.
  • Ability to identify executional risks before they impact campaign performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence teams through coaching rather than direct ownership.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
