What you'll be doing... As the Associate Director of Operations & AI, you'll own the operations and AI backbone the whole Front Door and Channel Comms team runs on - the systems, workflows, and automation that let the team move fast without losing rigor. This role centralizes operational discipline and AI enablement, where you will scale the AI-powered systems that drive efficiency, own the measurement and reporting that keeps us data-driven, and directly power the capabilities the team depends on. You'll turn manual work into automated systems and set the operational standard for the org. • Owning operations and AI enablement across the combined sales and service organization. • Building and scaling AI-powered systems and automation that drive efficiency across the team. • Owning the data, measurement, and reporting model - moving the org from anecdotal to data-driven. • Designing and maintaining the operational workflows and tools the team runs on. • Powering adjacent functions with the AI capability and systems this role creates. • Identifying and implementing continuous-improvement and automation opportunities. • Setting operational standards and governance for consistency across channels. • Partnering cross-functionally to integrate systems and unify ways of working. This hybrid role will have a defined work location and assigned office days as set by the manager three days a week. What we're looking for... • Operations leader with hands-on experience building AI or automation into real workflows. • Systems thinker who can turn manual processes into scalable, automated ones. • Strong data and measurement orientation. • Able to build capability that other teams run on - an enabler and force-multiplier. • Comfortable owning tools, standards, and cross-functional integration. • Experience working in sales operations You'll need to have: • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. • Experience in operations, program/process management, or a related field. • Experience applying AI, automation, or data tools to improve workflows. Even better if you have one or more of the following: • A degree in Business, Operations, Data/Analytics, or a related technical field. • Experience building AI-enabled tools or automation in a business setting. • Experience owning reporting, dashboards, or measurement frameworks. • Experience setting operational standards or governance across teams. • A certification or demonstrated capability in AI, data analytics, or process improvement. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $125,500.00 - $219,000.00.
