Join Macquarie as an Operational Risk Associate Director in Houston, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the operational risk culture across our Commodities and Global Markets business in the Americas. You'll work within a dynamic, international financial institution, collaborating with senior leaders and risk professionals to drive best practices. You will act as the primary point of contact for Operational Risk matters across stakeholders in the Americas, representing the team in leadership forums and committees. Your role involves providing independent oversight, challenging business practices, and driving improvements across the Operational Risk Management Framework. You will review and analyze risk assessments, incidents, and assurance activities, offering insights and advice to business leaders. Additionally, you'll oversee key projects, train stakeholders, and ensure the effective management of operational risks for new business initiatives.
