Are you ready to turn real-world evidence into decisions that change how people living with cancer are treated? Can you see yourself shaping global and US strategy so that the right evidence reaches physicians, payers and patients at the moments that matter?

In this individual contributor role, you will join a high-performing asset team that fuses science with strategy to generate and communicate compelling health outcomes evidence. Your work will connect ground breaking research with real clinical practice-advancing our pipeline, informing access, and improving the patient experience across the entire journey from diagnosis to survivorship. You will partner across Medical, Development and Commercial functions, lead high-impact studies, and translate insights into clear tools and narratives that accelerate uptake and benefit for patients and those who care for them.

Accountabilities:
  • Evidence Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and delivery of global and US health outcomes and real-world evidence strategies that quantify and communicate asset value, from early planning through post-launch impact.
  • Real-World Data Leadership: Design, implement and oversee robust HEOR and epidemiologic studies using diverse data sources to address clinical, economic and humanistic outcomes, ensuring scientific rigor and relevance.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Align team members across Medical, Development and other key functions; shape priorities and decisions through clear, essential communication that links evidence to business and patient impact.
  • Scientific Communication: Present results at scientific congresses; lead and contribute to manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals; elevate the visibility and credibility of the asset's evidence package.
  • Field Enablement: Translate research outputs into practical, field-ready tools and resources that enable external engagement and facilitate informed decision-making by clinicians and payers.
  • Governance and Quality: Support key internal review and governance forums; uphold scientific standards and ensure compliance across sponsored research.
  • External Partner and Vendor Management: Select, contract and manage vendors and external experts; own timelines, budgets and quality to deliver high-value projects efficiently.
  • Market and Access Insight: Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, customer and market dynamics, competitive landscape and evolving reimbursement requirements to anticipate evidence needs and guide strategy.


Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, graduate degree strongly preferred (PhD, MS, MPH) in health economics, epidemiology, outcomes research and/or related disciplines.
  • Understanding and knowledge and application of epidemiological/health outcomes methodology within pharmaceutical industry at an international level.
  • In-depth expertise with research methods for real world research, HEOR projects including pharmacoepidemiologic models.
  • Knowledge of the Global and US healthcare systems and their changing needs for health economic and payer analytic information.
  • Scientific expertise in oncology with knowledge of different data sources
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytical, judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Scientific degree
  • Developed conceptual and integrative thinking with capability to access internal and external resources for advice.
  • Standout teammate and supports the asset team within the O2R organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Oncology experience preferred

The annual base pay for this position ranges from US $151,227 & $226,840 Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
