• Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned Life cycle repairs/replacements
• Ensure maintenance regulations are followed
• Maintain a current list of contractors to ensure emergency repairs are handled promptly
• Identify problems and brainstorm improvement ideas for the fulfillment center/s

• Agile: You roll with the punches, adapt quickly to change, and deliver results in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• Decisive: You know when making a decision is as important as the time it takes to make it
• Problem-solver: You know there's no one-size-fits-all approach; you think outside the box and enjoy deep-diving issues to find solutions

You have...
• 10+ years' experience managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability within the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, in Mechanical, Electrical, or another related engineering field
• Interested in spending most of your time on the shop floor, working directly with all levels of staff
• High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-through
• Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high ambiguity and change
• Effective communication skills across employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership
