Responsibilities

  • Provide daily legal support to business partners across various sectors.
  • Review and assist in preparing fund prospectuses and related documents.
  • Draft new disclosures and collaborate with outside counsel on registration matters.
  • Prepare meeting materials and attend Board of Trustees meetings for mutual funds and ETFs.
  • Assist in the annual 15(c) process for mutual funds and ETFs.
  • Advise on and draft agreements for fund operations.
  • Support regulatory and business change initiatives, ensuring compliance.

Full Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day legal support for business partners across a broad range of business areas, with escalation to others in the
  • team as required
  • Review and support the preparation of fund prospectuses, statements of additional information, and supplements for the Janus
  • Henderson mutual funds and ETFs, including drafting new disclosure and working with outside counsel on registration
  • statement matters
  • Prepare and review materials, including minutes, for, and attend, meetings of the Boards of Trustees of the Janus Henderson

  • Advise and draft agreements for the Janus Henderson mutual funds and ETFs

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$160,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through July 31, 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
