Job Description:- Looking for an Growth head of with 12 to 20 years of experience selling IT/Analytics Services to Enterprises.
- Participate in account opening strategies for new account acquisition and contribute to sales/growth objectives.
- Collaborate to develop detailed account plans including organization maps, growth area identification, strategy for lead generation/ opportunity conversion, and likely budgets/timelines.
- Identify and assess cross-selling/up-selling opportunities for new logos.
- Manage client communication in building solution proposals.
- Coordinate in-person/oral preparation in coordination with the Lead Generation/Delivery team.
Skills/Responsibilities: - Working with Business and Delivery teams to come up with innovative/new service offerings, and service delivery models for new logos.
- Help in the creation of new sales collaterals for the business unit e.g., whitepapers, brochures, sales playbooks, presentations, etc.
- Knowledge including Retail industry insights and prior experience of relevance to the industry.
- Sound knowledge of the analytics landscape and maturity spectrum within the industry
- Familiarity with problem-solving analytical techniques and modeling/ visualization tools and technology.
- 10-20 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development, IT Services/Consulting-B2B, Enterprise sales or Products
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
