Job DescriptionReporting to the Director, HCP Marketing Product Owner (MPO) and Team Lead for US HIV Treatments and based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, this is a high-visibility role that will own the development of strategy and key assets in line with brand and portfolio strategy. You will be an essential member of a high-performing launch team that collaborates across the HCP Customer Agile Team (CAT) and other marketer, One Review, agency, and cross-functional partners.
Primary Responsibilities
HCP Insights, Strategy, and Implementation - Lead HCP strategy, development, and optimization of HCP campaigns as multiple new indications launch and new data roll out, including those involving OPDP submission
- Partner with Analytics, Market Research, Sales Planning, agencies and other stakeholders for primary and secondary insights to inform ideation, data-based decision making, strategic prioritization, and strategic/executional excellence.
- Lead development, refinement, approval, dissemination, and evolution of compelling and compliant key HCP externally and internally facing assets for launch and in-line assets as the Job Owner, partnering with Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support pull-through of brand strategy in partnership with HCP Execution, Campaign Development Lead, Architect, Field Execution, Sales, L&D, and other team members to ensure connectivity of brand strategy from asset conception to execution in market.
- Lead other key HCP workstreams (e.g. sampling, Profit Planning, etc)
- Demonstrate ability to communicate brand strategy and execution with confidence and clarity in both written and spoken form and the ability to tailor communication to the relevant audience
- Fully participate in Agile ways of working and consistently demonstrate ethical and compliant behavior
- Manage an established inline portfolio of 3 other assets, including the loss of exclusivity for a late-stage asset and safety label updates for mid-stage assets.
- Support portfolio-level strategic thinking and activity

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions
- Strong cross-functional partnering skills and demonstrated ability to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority
- Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Strong familiarity with Veeva PromoMats system and CRT review process as a Job Owner
- Ability to shape uncertainty into a clear and data-based recommendation and to shape and deliver brand strategy
- Demonstrates curiosity, growth mindset, collaborative approach, and adaptability to change
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience at the Associate Director (AD) / Senior Manager level or above
- Previous experience with label/indication updates for new data
- Understanding of HIV ecosystem and landscape
