Full Job Description
We are looking for a Global Marketing Associate Director, HER2-ADC to join our Global Oncology Franchise Team in Gaithersburg, MD. This role will support our HER2-ADC portfolio in breast cancer, leading financial and planning operations, congress coordination, and delivery of priority indication assets across early and metastatic settings. You will partner closely with global indication leads, cross-functional colleagues, regional leads and markets.

What you will do: The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership and marketing judgement, creating rigor across budgets, plans, congress deliverables and indication assets while enabling timely, high-quality execution across global, regional and market teams.

Key accountabilities

Congress leadership
  • Lead commercial congress planning and readiness across priority breast cancer congresses, coordinating workplans, milestones, owners and dependencies.
  • Align cross-functional and alliance stakeholders on commercial deliverables, competitive updates, KEE engagement needs and post-congress follow-up.
  • Consolidate congress insights, actions and learnings to support rapid pull-through into ongoing plans and materials.


Brand planning and strategic operations
  • Lead execution of Brand Strategy Plan (BSP) and Brand Operating Plan (BOP) processes in liaison with the Project Director and indication leads.
  • Support the BSP for one of the brand's indication and support integration of priorities across the broader breast cancer portfolio.


Indication asset delivery and launch execution
  • Lead development and delivery of priority commercial assets supporting several new indication launches.
  • Partner with indication leads, medical and other cross-functional teams to translate strategy and scientific evidence into clear, compliant and market-relevant materials.
  • Manage agency execution and deployment planning across regions and markets. Identify delivery risks early, escalate decisions when needed and maintain clear accountability through completion.


Financial and budget operations
  • Lead finance and budget operations for the HER2-ADC breast cancer commercial team, including planning, tracking, forecasting and routine reconciliation of spend.
  • Partner with indication leads, finance, procurement and agencies to improve budget visibility, resolve variances and support timely decisions.
  • Maintain clear cadence of purchase processes and financial risks across assigned workstreams.


Essential skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in a scientific or business discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry across brand marketing, sales, market research or analytics, strategic planning, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong marketing experience, including brand strategy, positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, agency management and annual planning.
  • Experience in oncology marketing, with global launch or lifecycle management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific and market information into clear commercial implications and action.
  • Strong project leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence across functions, markets and teams
  • Strong clinical acumen, scientific curiosity and commercial judgement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity and a track record of improving ways of working


Desirable skills and experience
  • Prior oncology marketing experience, ideally in breast cancer or another solid tumor setting.
  • Experience working across global, regional and local market teams.
  • Experience across personal, non-personal, digital and patient-focused channels.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a commercial alliance/partnership environment


The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $ 151,081.60 - $226,622.40 USD Annual. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
