Full Job Description
What You'll Do

The Associate Director/Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations will be instrumental in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer to advance late-stage commercial assets to market. This pan-portfolio role will drive effective cross-functional collaboration, ensure tactical alignment and help oversee the seamless execution of key projects and initiatives. This role will also be essential in driving launch excellence and managing launch readiness activities. This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Project management: A central responsibility will be coordinating commercial steering committees -scheduling and preparing for meetings, tracking action items and ensuring all projects across the portfolio stay on schedule
  • Strategic analyses: Perform strategic analyses and special projects as needed including analog analysis and distilling it down into a digestible presentation
  • Strategic support: Assist in shaping commercial strategies across BBIO affiliates, ensuring consistency with overarching company objectives
  • Cross-functional alignment: Help drive consistent alignment and operational coordination with BBIO Services teams, ensuring commercial strategies are harmonized across functional areas
  • Launch excellence: Support commercial launch readiness and launch execution by coordinating key deliverables and facilitating communication across functions to meet launch milestones

Where You'll Work

This position will be expected to be on-site in both our San Francisco and Palo Alto home offices 3-4 times a week.

Who You Are
  • 5-10+ years of commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience (consulting experience a plus)
  • Successful US launch experience (rare disease preferred)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop actionable insights from complex clinical data and market research and distill it down into a clear and concise presentation
  • Understanding of the drug commercialization process, especially regarding opportunities for differentiation and value demonstration
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence functional stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding execution
  • Ability to travel (~20%) is required

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.

Salary

$195,000-$260,000 USD
