Job Description:

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Being an organized and proactive self-starter is a must
  • Primary lead to our dashboarding team for standing up our dashboard/data ingestion for our healthcare client. This is the data that feeds insights and reporting.
  • Lead for client's internal dashboard initiative, including managing data ingestion workstreams and QA
  • Lead for data request and QA workstreams to aid advanced analysis, such as marketing mix modeling data or client site data
  • Lead group of 2-3 data analysts
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and integrity issues, and lead resolution with internal teams, clients, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Evaluate data and research/analytics vendors for or on behalf of clients
  • Maintain data standards and taxonomies
  • Develop data-governance practices that support accuracy, consistency, security, and appropriate access controls.
  • Maintain documentation for data sources, business rules, transformation logic, refresh schedules, ownership, and dependencies.
  • Partner with vendor, client analytics, and activation teams to improve data accessibility and usability.


Desired Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, marketing analytics, business intelligence, media analytics, marketing technology, or a related field
  • Experience working in a media/advertising agency, marketing organization, consultancy, or similar client-services environment preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end data processes and workflows for complex client or enterprise environments
  • Proven experience standing up and managing performance dashboards used by clients or business stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge & experience with data quality assurance, reconciliation, governance, documentation, and workflow management
  • Strong understanding of digital media, paid media, campaign measurement, marketing performance, and relevant advertising data sources
  • Comfortable operating at both a high level and in the details of data workflows and quality checks
  • Strong communication, project management, and process documentation skills
  • Strategic thinker who can connect data operations to client and business outcomes
  • May be required to take on ad hoc assignments, projects, and responsibilities as needed to support business objectives, client needs, and operational requirements.

Desired Technical Experience

  • Cloud data platforms and warehouses: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar environments.
  • Marketing and media data platforms: Adverity, Datorama
  • Data preparation and workflow automation: Alteryx, SQL, Python, dbt, or similar technologies.
  • Business intelligence and visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Advertising and activation platforms: Google Marketing Platform, Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, and other major media platforms.
  • Data integration and APIs: Experience working with API-based data feeds, SFTP transfers, cloud storage, ETL/ELT tools, and automated data pipelines.
  • Database and query technologies: Experience working with relational databases, dimensional models, and data marts.

$70,000 - $125,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
