Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within early childhood or autism services.
• Strong knowledge of policies related to Birth to Three programs.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing service policies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and Executive Leadership to develop and implement policies.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program.
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative departments.
• Facilitate seamless service delivery with external stakeholders.
