We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Director, Commercial AI & Advanced Analytics role to be based in Horsham, PA

The Customer AI Products & Strategy (CAPS) team harnesses advanced analytics, GenAI, and machine learning to drive meaningful change across the healthcare ecosystem. This role lies at the intersection of commercial, medical, and patient landscapes, helping shape how data and AI are applied to improve decision-making, engagement, and outcomes across all three.

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Associate Director to drive the future of analytical AI products for our Immunology therapeutic area. This is a high-impact role for a leader who is excited to drive innovation, mentor top talent, and help shape the future of AI-enabled pharmaceutical solutions-while improving patient lives.

You will be responsible for:

The Associate Director, Commercial AI & Advanced Analytics will lead AI-driven, transformational initiatives supporting Immunology therapeutic area. The role focuses on the strategic application of AI and advanced analytics across our commercial domain, including but not limited to sales, marketing, and patient teams.

This role will influence decision-making at senior levels, proactively identify new opportunities, and work collaboratively across the organization and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as product owner and single point of contact for advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions supporting the Immunology therapeutic area.
  • Leading day-to-day partnerships with stakeholders across our commercial, data strategy, media, and IT teams to shape and evolve the customer and patient engagement roadmap.
  • Leading identification and quantification of the most critical areas of opportunity across the HCP, medical, and patient journeys, determining where, when, and how AI-driven interventions can add value.
  • Driving a use-case-centric evaluation of data sources and methodologies to continuously improve predictive and prescriptive capabilities.
  • Establishing measurement frameworks and assessing impact using leading and lagging indicators, including marketing mix modeling and A/B testing.
  • Acting as a change leader and advocate, fostering new ways of thinking about the role of AI and advanced analytics across commercial.
  • Partnering closely with HCC, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliance and patient confidentiality are embedded in all solutions.


Qualifications / Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, medical strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding $2M annually.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and analyzing healthcare data sources such as claims, electronic health records, lab results, specialty pharmacy, SDOH/consumer, and patient hub data.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI-driven initiatives within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Strong expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques and their real-world application.
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels, including internal teams and external alliance partners.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750 USD.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
