  • Oversee financial administration for ultra-high-net-worth families, including accounting, bill payment operations, and reporting.
  • Prepare and monitor detailed cash flow analyses, identifying trends and anticipating future funding requirements.
  • Manage multi-entity accounting, including general ledger review, reconciliations, and transaction classification.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and documentation of banking and credit card activity.
  • Prepare consolidated and entity-level financial reporting, including sources and uses of cash tracking.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as property acquisitions, liquidity planning, capital calls, and funding movements.
  • Coordinate closely with internal wealth advisors and external legal, tax, and investment professionals to ensure alignment.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and workflow.
  • Lead complex client projects, including entity onboarding, structural transitions, and major funding initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success managing high-touch client engagements with strong attention to detail and service orientation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of general ledger systems, multi-entity accounting, investment activity, and cash flow analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for clients and advisors.
  • Experience coordinating across legal, tax, and investment teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
