The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

RTX Global Ethics & Compliance has an outstanding career opportunity for an Associate Director, Analytics & Corrective Actions Lead to help build out the realigned Risk Assessments and Monitoring function. This position will report to the Director of Risk Assessment & Monitoring, Global Ethics and Compliance.

This role leads the team responsible for compliance analytics, reporting, and the coordination and management of corrective actions across the Global Ethics & Compliance function. The team provides insights that support risk assessment, control monitoring, and program evaluation, while ensuring timely and effective remediation of identified issues.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead development and execution of analytics and reporting strategies that support compliance risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, and program decision-making.
  • Oversee creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations for senior leadership and business partners.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and effective integration of data sources relevant to Ethics & Compliance.
  • Manage the enterprise corrective action process, including tracking, follow-up, closure validation, and documentation of remediation activities.
  • Establish and maintain standards for issue management, root-cause analysis, action planning, and sustainability testing.
  • Partner with business units and functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of corrective actions.
  • Provide data-driven insights into trends, emerging risks, and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT, data governance, and other enabling functions to ensure systems and tools meet analytics and reporting needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and summaries to Ethics & Compliance leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and program improvements.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team, fostering strong technical capability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and innovation in both analytics and corrective action management processes.


Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
  • Experience working within a compliance or audit function, familiarity with regulatory compliance and assessments
  • Previous experience leading complex data analytics projects from concept to implementation.
  • Experience building data analytic procedures and processes.
  • Understanding of IT, business processes, and business intelligence methodology.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, and tracking corrective actions to closure.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
