Description

The core function of the Associate Director, Account Management is to manage a portfolio of clients - spanning a mix of small and mid-sized accounts - and provide them with a successful SimioCloud experience while growing SimioCloud revenue. A successful experience is one in which clients achieve, or improve upon, their marketing goals and objectives through their engagement with SimioCloud's products, services, and associates.

This full-time, salaried position is a US-based remote role.

Your Impact:

  • To manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized client accounts, ensuring each client receives attentive, high-quality service and achieves measurable results utilizing SimioCloud products/services.
  • To grow revenue by identifying and executing upsell opportunities for additional Simio products and services across your account base.
  • To offer clients practical solutions to their fundraising challenges through the strategic use of Simio products and services (and other Moore services where appropriate).
  • To maintain regular, proactive dialog with clients or their representatives to understand SimioCloud performance, competitive dynamics, and the overall health of client programs.
  • To develop a thorough understanding of SimioCloud's products, solutions, and capabilities in order to serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients.
  • To ensure that co-op participant data is kept current and accurate.
  • To ensure that client deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.
  • To build and nurture strong relationships with internal agency partners and stakeholders as well as external clients.
  • To maintain a working knowledge of the products, solutions, and performance of SimioCloud's key competitors.
  • To develop proficiency in all processes relevant to Simio-related tasks, including attribution reporting, digital audience placement, accurate accounting, and the use of Salesforce and other systems.
  • To represent SimioCloud at industry functions such as conferences and trade events.
  • To attend client meetings in person where appropriate.
  • To perform other duties as required.


Your Profile:

  • 1-4 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field; experience in marketing, fundraising, or data services is a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance data and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the desire to grow into broader client leadership responsibilities over time.
