We're Hiring: Associate Dentist Recruiter & Clinical Onboarding Coach

At Anytime Dental Group, we're looking for an experienced and well-connected dental professional to join our growing team as an Associate Recruiter & Clinical Onboarding Coach.

This is a unique role that blends recruitment, relationship management, coaching, and practice support. You'll leverage your clinical experience and industry network to attract outstanding Associate Dentists, guide them through the recruitment process, and help ensure they are set up for long-term success within our organization.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Associate Dentist candidates across Ontario.
  • Leverage your professional network to identify, attract, and engage high-quality clinicians.
  • Attend conferences, networking events, residency programs, and industry functions to build relationships.
  • Conduct introductory conversations with prospective Associates to understand their clinical interests, career goals, and practice preferences.
  • Partner closely with the People & Culture team to manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Support Denovo clinic openings by assisting with recruitment planning for new clinics.

Relationship Building
  • Develop trusted relationships with dental schools, residency programs, specialists, and industry partners.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Anytime Dental Group within the dental community.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective Associates-even before opportunities become available.
  • Promote our culture, values, and unique clinical model to prospective candidates.

Associate Coaching & Onboarding
  • Support newly hired Associates through onboarding and integration into their clinic.
  • Act as a resource and mentor during the transition into the Anytime Dental Group.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Practice Leadership, and Clinic Managers to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
  • Help identify opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and professional development.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with new Associates during their first year to support engagement and retention.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with the People & Culture team to develop recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Partner with Clinical Leadership to understand current and future doctor recruitment needs.


What We're Looking For
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Licensed (or previously licensed) dentist.
  • Strong professional network within the Ontario dental community.
  • Passion for mentoring, relationship building, and supporting fellow clinicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, coaching, or leading dentists is considered a strong asset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable travelling throughout Ontario to visit clinics and attend networking events.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
