Sign-On BonusWhat You'll Do- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative treatment, extractions, and removable prosthodontics.
- Confidently diagnose and present same-day treatment plans to patients.
- Communicate clearly with patients and the team to ensure continuity of care.
- Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy, supported by a trained team.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship to continue growing surgical, endodontic, and implant skills.
- Build lasting relationships with a loyal, established patient base.
Compensation & Benefits- Compensation: Paid on adjusted production (30%) or the monthly guarantee, whichever is greater.
