We're looking for a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at River Road Dental, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group.   • Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively to manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures such as restorations (fillings), extractions, endodontic treatments (root canals), and other clinical services.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to take ownership of their dental health.
  • Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and front desk team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient care in a positive environment.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records using our dental software system.


What you'll bring to the role:
  • At least 2 years of experience in general dentistry, including hands-on experience with root canal therapy and extractions, is required.
  • A valid license to practice dentistry in the Province of AB, in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you're someone who puts patients at ease and connects easily with colleagues.
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to balance thorough care and efficient delivery.
