General Overview

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Partner Dentist to join our thriving practice in Rockford, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about exceptional patient care, values collaboration, and wants to grow within a supportive organization that invests in its doctors.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care
  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Develop and present treatment plans that support optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and clinical excellence
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out (or direct others in carrying out) oral health care services that are in the best interest of the patient.
  • Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
  • Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
  • Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
  • Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Three+ years of practice experience is required.
  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
  • Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Strong interest in becoming a partner in the near term is required
