What You'll Do- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions utilizing evidence-based practices
- Develop and present treatment plans that support optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and clinical excellence
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Help drive practice growth while fostering a positive team culture
Responsibilities- Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out (or direct others in carrying out) oral health care services that are in the best interest of the patient.
- Contribute towards a team oriented and collegiate environment by working with other clinical and non-clinical staff members, as necessary.
- Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
- Improving your clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
- Participate in various community outreach initiatives, as necessary.
Qualifications- Three+ years of practice experience is required.
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
- Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Strong interest in becoming a partner in the near term is required
