Easily accessible by air or ferry, including short direct flights from Vancouver to Campbell River.About the RoleAs an Associate Dentist, you will provide a full range of dental services with a strong focus on quality care, patient comfort, and clinical excellence. Our ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and team members while working independently when needed.
You'll be joining a well-established practice supported by experienced dental professionals who are committed to mentorship, growth, and teamwork.

• Strong, established patient flow supported by 5 active hygiene columns daily
• High production potential with projected monthly production ranging from $80,000-$150,000 from this role

What We're Looking For- DDS/DMD or equivalent from an accredited program
- Licensed or in process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Eligible to practice dentistry in BC
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning
