We9re looking for an Associate Data Analyst (DA) who enjoys collaborating with clients and wants to help deliver enhanced data analysis and reporting experience. The DA will collaborate closely with our clients to first define what their specific needs are and then to help build those custom data analytics and reporting solutions using our toolset. You9ll be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure data integrity is continuously maintained and resolving discrepancies as they arise. As a demonstrated self-starter, you9ll own business processes end-to-end and will lead the identification and implementation of best practices.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand and document data requirements for analysis and reporting.
- Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the best practices for data management.
- Work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data set to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and relationships, and interpret the data.
- Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the data governance team and stakeholders to maintain data accuracy throughout ingestion and transformation.
- Partner with the development team to gather and translate requirements and conduct QA on the final product.
- Participate in regular agile meetings with the development and governance team.
- Manage user accounts, including roles, permissions, and security settings.
Requirements:- Bachelor9s degree
- 2+ years of experience with data analytic tools such as Snowflake or similar tools.
- 2+ years of experience with capturing data requirements and analyzing data.
- 2+ years of experience using software tools like SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office, or similar systems.
- 1+ years of experience using SQL and working with databases or data platforms.
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
Desired Skills: - Experience with data visualization technologies, such as Power BI, including developing data visualization reports and dashboards.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within one or more teams with excellent time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project at hand.
Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$61,232.00 - $104,094.00
