Position Overview:Role Purpose:The Associate Creative Director - Digital Experience leads the execution of digital-first creative experiences across eCommerce, lifecycle, and paid channels. This role connects strategic intent to high-quality digital execution, ensuring customer experiences are visually compelling, brand-right, and performance-driven. The role balances hands-on creative leadership with team mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Functions: - Lead digital creative execution across email, site experiences, paid media, and social platforms
- Translate campaign concepts into effective digital storytelling and customer journeys
- Partner with Lifecycle, Media, UX, and Technology teams to optimize digital experiences
- Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers
- Ensure digital work meets brand standards, usability expectations, and performance goals
- Manage multiple workstreams across timelines, revisions, and priorities
- Support testing, iteration, and optimization of creative performance
Education/Skills and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in digital-focused creative roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital execution and customer-facing experiences
- Experience leading or mentoring designers preferred
- Strong understanding of digital best practices, accessibility, and performance considerations
- Retail, eCommerce, or lifestyle brand experience preferred

Pay Range:Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
