Job Description:About the Job:As an Associate Creative Director - Art, you'll lead innovative creative campaigns across multiple accounts and brands, fostering inspiration and overseeing art direction, visual translation, and execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure creative integrity, strategic alignment, and exceptional craft. You'll supervise and develop art team members, drive client relationships, and contribute to new business growth. By combining artistic vision with strategic thinking, you'll deliver compelling, award-worthy solutions.
A Day in the Life: - Lead creative ideation, partnering with accounts, senior management, and clients to develop brand personality, positioning, and briefs.
- Drive executional craft, collaborating with production to deliver high-quality work on time and budget.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, communicating effectively across departments.
- Manage client relationships, understanding brand vision and messaging.
- Develop and advocate for marketing strategies, possessing in-depth brand knowledge.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Ensure team utilization and productivity, partnering with Creative Resourcing.
- Contribute to new business growth through pitch concepting and execution.
- Demonstrate leadership, empathy, and professionalism in communications.
What you will need: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or Art Direction.
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising experience (preferred).
- Digital portfolio showcasing creative ability.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Ability to inspire team confidence and motivation towards common goals.
- Ability to foster collaborative environment, creativity and bold ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching and people management.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Financial management and resourcing acumen.
$150,000- $170,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
