The Impact You'll Make

Recursion is seeking a high-energy, highly organized, and detail-oriented Associate, Corporate Communications to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on, 360-degree exposure to corporate communications, marketing, and brand strategy.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, collaborating directly with senior leadership to support high-impact projects across social media, executive presentations, internal communications, and corporate events. What You'll Do
  • Lead Project Management: Act as the organizational engine of the team. You will build and maintain forward-looking content calendars, manage project timelines, track deliverables, organize core messaging and decks, and ensure our fast-moving communications initiatives cross the finish line seamlessly.
  • Social Media Coordination: Support our social media lead and help to manage and elevate our corporate social media presence. This could involve assisting in drafting engaging copy, planning content grids, tracking performance metrics, and exploring creative ways to expand our brand's digital footprint.
  • Internal Communications & Community Building: Support internal engagement strategies that keep our global team connected. This includes coordinating internal company Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) sessions, managing logistics for company-wide All Hands, and helping craft internal announcements.
  • Creative & Event Logistics: Run point on the physical and creative coordination for on-site video shoots, podcast production and live streaming, corporate photography, and major brand events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
The Experience You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree or foundational background in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Background, minor, or strong interest in a scientific or technical discipline is a major plus! We love candidates who can take complex, technical, or scientific concepts and help translate them into clear, compelling stories for a broader audience.
  • Superb Project Management Skills: You have a natural gift for organization. You love checklists, spreadsheets, and keeping projects on schedule. You can manage multiple moving pieces without letting details slip through the cracks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for visual design and slide layout (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides).
The Team You'll Join

You'll join a collaborative, high-performing Corporate Communications team responsible for shaping how Recursion tells its story internally and externally. The team partners closely with leaders across the company to drive clarity, connection, and engagement through thoughtful storytelling, strategic communications, and impactful experiences.

Working Location & Compensation:

This is an office-based, hybrid position at our offices in either Salt Lake City, Utah or New York City, New York. Employees are expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time.

At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual base range for this role is $90,500 to $125,840 You will also be eligible for an annual bonus and equity compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
