Sales Rotational Program Our Sales Rotation Program provides an opportunity to explore different business and technology groups, develop key technical and professional skills, and build valuable connections that will support your future career at ADI.
Within the Graduate Rotational Development Program (Field Applications, Central Applications, or Field Sales), you will participate in an 18-month program based in Wilmington, MA; Dallas, TX; or San Jose, CA. The program offers hands-on experience and a strong foundation for long-term career growth and advancement at ADI.
During the program, you will follow a structured and progressive curriculum consisting of four rotations. Throughout these rotations, you will receive technical training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities before transitioning into ADI's sales organization.
During the program, you will develop skills including: - Analog and mixed-signal circuit and system design
- Assisting in the design, evaluation, and optimization of customer hardware and software systems
- Understanding customer requirements and identifying the difference between critical needs and desired features
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and ADI's product line management, marketing, and engineering teams
- Educating customers on ADI products, services, and system solutions through technical presentations and demonstrations
- Communicating complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to customers and internal stakeholders
Sales Integration Overview Upon successful completion of the Graduate Rotational Development Program, you will join Analog Devices' sales organization as a Field Applications Engineer (FAE), supporting one of our field locations, including:
Boston, Bloomington, Tampa, Dallas, San Jose, Livonia, San Diego, Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, or Philadelphia. As a Field Applications Engineer, you will work closely with customers and ADI's sales teams to understand and solve complex application-level challenges across a broad range of technologies and end markets, including digital healthcare, aerospace and defense, industrial automation, communications, and more.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Basic understanding of electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and electronic components
- Knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, or digital circuit fundamentals (e.g., sensors, operational amplifiers, power management, data converters, processors, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate to a field location upon completion of the development program
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $71,989 to $99,006.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
