As an
Associate Business Analyst, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions, data products, automation initiatives, and business applications that enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness across Visa's global Corporate Services organization.
Working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, engineers, data analysts, and technology partners, you will help identify business opportunities, gather requirements, analyze data, develop insights, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities may include:
- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to gather requirements, define product objectives, and support roadmap execution.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development of AI-powered applications, chatbots, automation workflows, and data products.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure product adoption, operational performance, and business outcomes.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Assist in product planning, prioritization exercises, and stakeholder communications.
- Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts for product enhancements and technology initiatives.
- Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and business recommendations based on data findings and product performance.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and product delivery.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications :
- Less than 6 months of relevant work experience with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating May 2026 - August 2027
Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of product management principles, business analysis, and software development lifecycles.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or data analytics concepts.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or similar programming languages used for data analysis and solution development.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, or workflow automation tools.
- Interest in business transformation, workplace technology, and corporate operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, or other extracurricular activities.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn new technologies and business domains.
- Passion for innovation and using emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
