Working in brand management at Wendy's means being a total business owner. Associate Brand Managers (ABMs) are the subject matter experts for their business knowing the customer, products, financials, and landscape better than anyone else. They will support their Brand Manager by continuously providing sound data and recommendations to develop the vision and strategy, while leading execution for their respective business(es). ABMs will lead a large cross-functional team to identify consumer insights, execute marketing campaigns, and bring projects from idea to launch - enabling Wendy's to grow the business and grow the brand. Responsibilities - Assist manager in the development of detailed, strategic marketing plans and recommendations
- Identification of insights and opportunities to inform creative briefs and marketing campaigns
- Leads project and cross-functional engagement for assigned national and test initiatives (inclusive of product innovation, promotions, brand marketing projects, etc.) through team coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze business and program performance, industry data, consumer research, and competitive initiatives to inform strategic recommendations
Pay Range: $93,000.00 - $158,000.00 Annually
What we expect from you - Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
- Business case writing, marketing financial analysis, and P&L management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams
- Demonstrated project management experience
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite
The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
