About the Role:

We have a current opening for a ABM, Kinder Seasonal and are actively reviewing applications.

The Associate Brand Manager, Kinder Seasonal, supports the growth of the Kinder Seasonal business in the U.S. market through portfolio management, consumer and market insights, product commercialization, and integrated marketing execution. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Seasonal, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities across key seasons and micro-seasons, monitoring business performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth. This role is located in Parsippany, NJ.

Working cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Project Management, Category Management, Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning, Finance, Insights, Global Marketing, and agency partners, the Associate Brand Manager helps deliver successful product launches, localize global initiatives for the U.S. market, and assess performance to optimize future plans. This role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and presentations to leadership.

Key objectives include:
• Maximizing portfolio performance through assortment optimization and channel expansion.
• Leveraging data and post-season learnings to improve business results and inform future strategies.
• Growing household penetration during key seasonal and micro-seasonal occasions.
• Delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support seasonal product launches.
• Increasing brand visibility and shopper engagement throughout the path to purchase.

Main Responsibilities:

Business and Brand Analysis, Monitoring and Reporting
• In-depth market, competitive and brand analysis to assist in formulating seasonal strategy
• Analyzes seasonal results to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized, recommending course correction where relevant
• Actively manages brand marketing budget (planning, revisions and reporting)
New Product Launches and Commercialization
• Manages activity grid implementation and innovation development
• Leads the cross-functional team (project planning, development and execution)
• Interacts with global teams for activity grid alignments and approvals
• Works closely with Category management and Trade Marketing to develop compelling sell-in stories/toolkits to ensure customer acceptance of innovation
• Works closely with supply and demand teams to ensure product and product availability and forecast accuracy
Communications and Shopper Planning Execution
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to develop consumer and shopper marketing assets.
• Create campaign performance KPIs, monitor, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Passionate about emerging marketing, social media, and digital trends, with the curiosity to bring fresh ideas and opportunities to the business.
Leadership and self-management
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned business objectives.
• Effectively manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Build strong relationships across cross-functional, agency, and global teams.
• Present business performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and business results.

About You:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand marketing, category management, sales strategy, or related commercial functions.
• Experience leveraging syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.) to develop business insights and recommendations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization initiatives, or portfolio management activities.
• Understanding of key retail channels including Mass, Grocery, Drug, Convenience, Club, and E-commerce.
• Experience working with global or international teams preferred.
• Seasonal confectionery, seasonal retail, or holiday marketing experience is a plus.
• Interest in social and digital marketing trends is a plus.

The base compensation range for this position is $94,000.00 - $125,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
