A Taste of What You'll Do

As an Associate Brand Manager for Innovation at GALLO, you will play a key role in bringing brands to life by translating strategy into impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with consumers and customers. Working under the guidance of leadership, you will manage multiple projects that support brand growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term profitability. You will help shape brand positioning, contribute to strategic planning, and support the execution of go-to-market activities that strengthen brand equity.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, commercial teams, and agency partners to deliver best-in-class marketing programs. You will analyze data, uncover consumer insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that enhance brand performance. Your work will span across consumer experience development, channel strategies, and campaign execution, ensuring consistency with brand standards and communication strategies.

You will also gain hands-on experience managing budgets, supporting innovation efforts, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. Through market visits and ongoing engagement with sales teams and customers, you will stay connected to evolving trends and ensure marketing efforts effectively support execution in the field. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build foundational brand management skills while contributing to meaningful business outcomes within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of marketing, consulting, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's plus 2 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of marketing, consulting, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel up to 50% of the time to designated business locations and to support in-market expectations in order to effectively perform essential job responsibilities.
  • Skilled in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.


How You'll Stand Out
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • IRI Circana experience.
  • CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Alcohol beverage industry experience.
  • Experience in a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of agile practices.
