In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday -Thursday at Hasbro9s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro9s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A Day in the Life as an Associate Brand Manager - Games:- Develop your expertise in global brand strategy, product innovation and storytelling - accelerating your trajectory toward brand leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
- Leverage creative thinking and consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands and financial key metrics.
- Evolve consumer research into clear and concise, insights based, sell in stories to hand off to regional marketing partners, sales and retail.
- Assist in the development of overall go-to-market product strategy, support asset development in partnership with commercial marketing team by providing item details and collaborating on messaging of unique selling features.
What You9ll Bring:- 3 years of experience in consumer goods marketing, or a related field, with a track record of leadership and results.
- Bachelor9s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
- Experience with global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
