You'll be joining a small, passionate global team where you'll have visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to make your mark on a globally recognised premium brand.

How you'll make an impact
  • Support the delivery of the annual global brand and activation plan.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across key markets and channels.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, briefs, approvals and relationships with agencies and external partners.
  • Support contract, agreement and statement of work administration.
  • Gather market insights, evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budget administration, including purchase orders, vendor setup, invoice processing and budget tracking in partnership with Finance.

What you'll bring

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign execution (e-commerce experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
  • Experience coordinating events, activations or brand experiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and AI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use insights to support decision-making.
  • High attention to detail, strong accountability and a proactive approach to work.
  • A passion for premium food, beverage, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands is highly regarded.
