Job Duties: Provide oversight of end-to-end workflow of ETF primary market activity, including basket generation, order taking, order fulfillment, exception monitoring and inquiry management. Work with portfolio managers, technology, and capital markets to enhance BlackRock ETF platforms to improve efficiencies and reduce risk. Draft SQL and python scripts to act as business controls and stakeholder reporting. Develop strategy and execute initiatives central to indexing and firm-wide growth aspirations and priorities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Financial Analytics, Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field and 24 months of experience in job offered, or closely related role. Position requires two years of experience in job offered or closely related role: Python and SQL; Data Analytics; Asset and Investment Management; Visualization Tools including Microsoft Excel; Fund Accounting principles; Distribution Ecosystem, including end-to-end process workflow; Custody framework and operations; Trade operations, including end to end understanding of the trade lifecycle, including clearing and settlement; Distribution ecosystem, including end to end process workflow, partner interactions and dependencies, and fund accounting aspects; and APIs.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$140,000.00 - USD$155,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
