Job Details:- Compensation: Salary range $100,000- $130,000 depending on experience.

Position Overview:- This position requires a law degree (J.D.) OR a Foreign law degree + LLM, Must be licensed to practice law in Washington State.
- You will actively handle all aspects of a client's case, including communicating with parties, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Overall, this position is intended to be a challenging experience for someone looking to be a highly effective attorney.
- Must complete 370 billable hours per year, dependent on availability of case work.
Daily work expectations include:- Establishing positive and collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues, and the courts.
- Effectively applying legal solutions to clients' issues.
- Clearly and empathetically communicating legal options to clients.
- Researching case law, drafting correspondence, and drafting and filing pleadings.
- Effectively representing clients at hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Consulting with and retaining new clients.
- Working with staff to accurately calendar all hearings, filing deadlines, and other key dates.
- Timely communicating with the Managing Attorney and team members to continue developing skill set and taking on more challenging legal issues.
- Ability to multitask on a variety of projects.
- Ability to work both independently & within a team environment.
- Take ownership of assignments and execute them timely.
