As an Associate Attorney, you'll join a dynamic team specializing in Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation, and Insurance Defense. We are a fast-paced firm, where prioritizing tasks and performing under pressure are essential skills.

Responsibilities
• Conduct research and assess legal issues.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Prepare pleadings and discovery responses.
• Interview witnesses and cross-examination.
• Draft Oppositions/Motions.
• Summarize depositions and medical records.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Legal research and writing.

Qualifications
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.
