- Provide exceptional legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, child and spousal support, and post-decree modifications.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and agreements, and prepare clients for hearings and trials.
- Manage a dynamic caseload with direct client interaction and opportunities to appear in court.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced team to develop creative, client-focused solutions.
- Contribute to the firm's continued growth through high-quality work and strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Utah (or eligibility to waive in promptly).
- Strong interest or experience in family law (1+ years preferred, but we're open to exceptional newer attorneys with relevant clerkship, internship, or passion for the area).
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Compassionate client advocate with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, supportive setting while managing multiple priorities.
