Full Job Description
Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen DBA Heyl Royster is hiring a full-time Associate Attorney.

Job Duties:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain and manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Assist in the development of case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Remain an attorney in good standing with the applicable state bar, including fulfillment of CLE requirements.
  • Negotiate settlements, prepare for trials, and participate in hearings.
  • Telecommuting is an option.

Rate of pay: $83,034- $98000.24 per year

Job Requirements:

Doctoral degree in Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must have License to Practice Law in Illinois; skills in legal research, legal writing and analysis.
