Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice & Professional Liability | Hybrid | $140,000-$150,000 + Bonus Program

What You'll Do

Manage medical malpractice and professional liability litigation through all phases of the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions.
  • Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
What You Bring
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the New York Bar.
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience focused on medical malpractice and professional liability.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and client communications.
