Summary: Associate Attorneys are responsible for legal oversight of all aspects of the firm's legal practice. The responsibilities of the qualified candidate will include, but not limited to, handling legal work related to litigation and foreclosure proceedings while also providing guidance to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing non-judicial foreclosure cases
- Reviewing and analyzing title work
- Drafting court documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Appearing at court hearings
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
Experience and Skills: - Minimum 1-3 years experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in real estate or foreclosure preferred
Qualifications:- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and member in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court required.
Work Schedule:The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.
Salary Range:The salary for this position typically ranges from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
