MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is seeking to add an experienced associate attorney in our Boston office to support our New England litigation practice group. This is a hybrid role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle local and national accounts throughout New England states.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Conduct depositions.
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Review and analyze discovery requests.
- Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
- Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
- Trial preparation and support.
- Maintain accurate time records.
Candidate Requirements: - A minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice in MA with admission in other New England states preferred.
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
- Capable of independent work.
- Work in an organized and efficient manner.
- Superior research and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to analyze complex matters.
