Join F3 Law: Litigation Attorney - Oakland Office

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Litigation Attorney in our Oakland office to assist K-12 schools and community colleges in overcoming a wide range of legal challenges.
Qualifications

We're looking for a thoughtful, self-motivated attorney with:
  • Experience: 6-10+ years of litigation experience, ideally encompassing the full spectrum of civil litigation, from initiation to resolution, including drafting and arguing motions (e.g., summary judgment) and taking/defending depositions.
  • Skills: Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
  • Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Preferred Experience: Insurance defense and public entity defense experience are beneficial, as is federal court and trial experience (though not required).
  • California Bar Admission: Required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Base salary ranges between $160,000 and $195,000, commensurate with experience and practice years.
