About the Role: We are seeking Attorneys to join our team at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas LLP. This position offers a high degree of responsibility, meaningful client contact, and the opportunity to practice across a range of areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, with additional admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania considered a plus. Strong writing skills are essential, and trial experience is highly valued. Attorney Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client matters with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
  • Practice in areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and correspondence
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings (if applicable)
  • Maintain effective client communication and provide updates on case progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities
