A growing multi-office Oklahoma law firm is seeking an
Associate Attorney to join their team in Ada, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently licensed or early-career attorney to gain meaningful courtroom experience, receive direct mentorship from an experienced attorney, and build a strong foundation in Oklahoma criminal and family law.

What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney:- Assist with criminal and family law matters from intake through resolution
- Appear in court and participate in hearings and other legal proceedings
- Work directly with an experienced attorney to develop practical legal skills
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other court filings
- Meet with clients and assist with ongoing client communication
- Develop strong case management and courtroom skills
- Learn Oklahoma district court practices and procedures
- Support case strategy and preparation as experience develops
- Take on increasing responsibility and independence over time
Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney:- Active Oklahoma Bar license and good standing
- Strong interest in criminal law, family law, or both
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Professional judgment and integrity
- Ability to work collaboratively while developing increasing independence
Nice-to-Haves as the Associate Attorney:- Recent law school graduation or early-career legal experience
- Prior courtroom, clerkship, internship, or externship experience
- Experience with criminal or family law matters
- Familiarity with Oklahoma district court procedures
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, or other legal documents
This Role Offers:- Base salary of $85,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications
