About the Job

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to support our corporate client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate and business transactional matters.
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts and corporate documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memoranda.
  • Assist with litigation matters, including court appearances, as needed.
  • Perform due diligence for contracts and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Assist with negotiations, dispute resolution, and risk assessment for clients.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
  • Active California State Bar license (required).
  • Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent foreign law degree, with active California State Bar admission.
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation:

  • $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
