Full Job Description
Position Title: Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will contribute significantly to a dynamic legal team specializing in personal injury litigation. The role involves managing a substantial caseload while ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. This position presents challenges that require strong analytical and writing skills, as well as the ability to adapt to various client needs.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage
  • Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients
  • Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff

Associate Attorney Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of personal injury experience
  • Experience in a high-volume practice is required

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
