Associate, Asset ManagementThe Associate, Real Estate Asset Management job is responsible for maximizing the value of the organization's real estate portfolio through the execution of managing, leasing, development, and dispositions of diversified, domestic real estate investments. Working under general supervision, this job seeks to achieve superior returns on real estate assets through active management and leasing while operating in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on housing in the value add space.
- Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts.
- Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market.
- Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments.
- Researches current issues impacting the real estate management business that may affect the company's portfolio.
- Possesses knowledge of current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Career Level 6IC
Required Experience
- 2+ years of real estate asset management - preferably in housing
- Proficiency in Excel

Base Pay Range: $102,000/yr - $143,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
