Job Summary

The Associate AD - Director of Athletic Development & Operations will oversee the day-to-day operation of the athletic fundraising team including the planning, organization and implementation of the Athletic Annual Fund campaign, manages all aspects of communication, donor relations and stewardship, ticketing, including premium seating, re-seating, parking, hospitality and other donor benefits. This position will supervise the Director of Annual Fund and the Assistant Director of Athletic Donor Relations and Stewardship, and the Director of Premium Seating and Special Events. The Director will maintain a portfolio of annual and major gift donors and will oversee sport specific fundraising for assigned programs. Major gift fundraising will include endowments, capital, planned gifts and sport specific gifts. Annual fundraising will include unrestricted, sport-specific fundraising, revenue share and NIL.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the athletic fundraising objectives to all constituents through personal visits, specific campaigns, and special events. Must maintain strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member. Must possess a strong work ethic and high integrity.

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to a Master's degree.

Considerable progressively responsible experience within athletic development, including annual fund and ticketing.
Some experience with collegiate athletics.

Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in business administration or sports management preferred.
Some experience in fundraising preferred.
