Full Job Description
Associate Account Executive

Remote (USA) Sales

A bit about you

We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and data-minded Associate Account Executive to join our NYC sales team. This is a unique, fast-track hybrid role designed for a junior seller who wants the best of both worlds: immediate exposure to high-level strategic selling and a foundational seat at the table in driving our new business engine.

When team members are out, you will step up as the primary resource to cover sales responsibilities during high need times like leave of absences, holiday, and other high volume sales moments. You will be managing established, mature books of business and responsible for supporting the Managing Director as well as the Account Manager on the book of business. When the team is fully staffed, you will pivot to a strategic support and business intelligence function, helping map out our highest-value prospects, executing data-matching projects, and assisting with high-volume RFP spikes.

You will
  • Act as the primary, seamless point of contact for established, mature, and large-scale client accounts during designated team leaves of absence.
  • Assist clients in client responses, RFP answers, client meetings and providing high-touch strategic recommendations to maximize their success.
  • Partner with Account Executives during high-volume RFP seasons and peak holiday windows to ensure rapid, high-quality turnarounds.
  • Drive the data strategy for a critical new business project by conducting deep-dive research in Winmo and internal tools to map brand prospects to their agencies and leverage existing leadership connections.
  • Build highly targeted, actionable lead lists and source market intel to help the sales team prioritize our highest-value, most engageable prospects.
  • Analyze and assess the growth and revenue potential of incoming inbound clients and new prospects.

You have

This is our ideal wish list, but most people don't check every box on every job description. So, if you meet most of the criteria below and are excited about the opportunity, and willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales adjacent roles (closing, pitching, or high-level relationship management preferred; moving beyond standard SDR/outbound-only work).
  • Experience with or a strong willingness to learn sales intelligence tools (e.g., Winmo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for deep-dive manual research.
  • A "no task too small, no challenge too big" mindset. You are equally energized by pitching a major client and doing the data work behind the scenes to find the next major client.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity to interface with large-scale, established books of business.
