Ce que ce poste implique :

Votre rôle est essentiel pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations financières, une gestion précise des bons de commande et une exécution efficace des projets d'installations qui permettent aux opérations de JLL de fonctionner sans accroc. Vous gérerez les cycles d'approvisionnement de bout en bout, traiterez les factures avec précision, soutiendrez les rapports financiers et administrerez les projets d'installations dans TRIRIGA. Ce poste hybride offre la flexibilité de travailler de la maison 2 jours par semaine tout en maintenant une collaboration solide avec les équipes de plusieurs sites.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
  • Créer, réviser et traiter les bons de commande en fonction des demandes approuvées tout en suivant l'état des bons de commande et en obtenant les approbations nécessaires
  • Vérifier la réception des biens et services par rapport aux bons de commande, effectuer le rapprochement à trois volets (facture, bon de commande, réception des marchandises) et résoudre les écarts de facturation
  • Soutenir les activités de clôture de fin de mois, y compris le rapprochement des régularisations de bons de commande, l'analyse des écarts et la préparation des rapports financiers et des sommaires de dépenses
  • Créer et gérer les projets d'installations dans le système TRIRIGA, soumettre la documentation requise (FPP, source unique, formulaires Epic, demandes Smartsheet) et fournir des mises à jour hebdomadaires sur l'état d'avancement
  • Traiter les factures dans les flux d'approbation dans les délais établis et maintenir des dossiers précis pour les commandes ouvertes, fermées et en attente
  • Examiner la conformité aux SLA et aux Ententes principales de gestion des installations tout en maintenant les bases de données d'approvisionnement et financières
  • Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et les services internes en anglais et en français pour soutenir les améliorations de processus et l'intégration des fournisseurs


Qualifications requises :
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en administration financière, comptabilité, approvisionnement, comptes créditeurs ou gestion des installations
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement des compétences avancées en Excel
  • Expérience avec les logiciels ERP/comptables tels que SAP, QuickBooks ou des plateformes similaires
  • Grande précision numérique avec une solide compréhension des principes comptables de base et des régularisations
  • Maîtrise bilingue de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé)
  • Souci exceptionnel du détail avec d'excellentes capacités d'organisation et d'analyse
  • Capacité de travailler au bureau un minimum de 3 jours par semaine


Qualifications préférées :

Senior Associate, Client Accounting

What this job involves:

As a Senior Associate, Client Accounting, you will be the operational backbone for our finance, procurement, and facilities teams across Markham, Toronto, and Ottawa. Your role is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate purchase order management, and efficient facility project execution that keeps JLL's operations running seamlessly. You'll manage end-to-end procurement cycles, process invoices with precision, support financial reporting, and administer facility projects in TRIRIGA. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home 2 days per week while maintaining strong collaboration with teams across multiple locations.

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Create, review, and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions while tracking PO status and obtaining necessary approvals
• Verify receipt of goods and services against purchase orders, perform 3-way matching (invoice, PO, goods receipt), and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities including PO accruals reconciliation, variance analysis, and preparation of financial reports and spending summaries
• Create and manage facility projects in TRIRIGA system, submit required documentation (FPP, single source, Epic forms, Smartsheet requests), and provide weekly status updates
• Process invoices through approval workflows within established timelines and maintain accurate records for open, closed, and pending orders
• Review compliance with SLA and Master FM Agreements while maintaining procurement and financial databases
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments in both English and French to support process improvements and vendor onboarding

Required Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, procurement, accounts payable, or facilities management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
• Strong numerical accuracy with solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accruals
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in-office minimum 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with TRIRIGA facility management system
• Knowledge of Smartsheet and Epic forms
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance documentation
• Familiarity with 3-way matching processes and invoice reconciliation
• Understanding of SLA and Master FM Agreement requirements
• Previous experience managing facility projects or capital expenditure tracking

Estimated compensation for this position:

95,000.00 - 95,000.00 CAD per year

This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Some roles and employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, benefits, or other compensation.
